Submit a Purchase Order

You may submit a corporate purchase order if you are unable to buy online. Send your order as an attachment using our contact form or fax a copy to +1 (408) 323-1591.

Product, Quantity and Price

Obtain product names and pricing from our purchase page. We compute your quantity discount if you do not consider it yourself.

We do not collect sales tax or VAT since our software is delivered entirely via the Internet. We do not charge shipping fees.

Minimum Order

We accept purchase orders exceeding US $400. For orders less than this amount, we ask you to purchase securely online here. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. If your company policies prohibit you from purchasing online and your order does not meet the required minimum, contact us and we'll refer you to a reseller in your area to complete your transaction.

Terms

Terms on domestic (U.S.) purchase orders are NET 30 and can be paid by check. We require advance payment by bank transfer for overseas purchase orders; however, if we have an existing business relationship with you, we may offer NET 30 terms at our discretion. We will add a $25 fee to your invoice if we expect you to pay by bank transfer.

We do not accept letters of credit. Unsolicited letters of credit may result in your being invoiced for bank fees.

Email Address Required

You must include the email address of one end user with your order. We use the address to generate and deliver an activation key for our software. Include only one address even if you are purchasing a multi-user license.

Please include also an email address of a buyer and/or the accounts payable department.
