Order via Fax

If you are not comfortable using online order forms, fax us your credit card information and we process your order manually. The easiest way to do this is fill in the fields of our secure order form and Print with your browser instead of pressing Submit.

If you do not want to use our online order form as a template, fax us the following information:

• Name (as it appears on the credit card)
• Billing address
• Phone number
• Credit card number
• Expiration date
• Description of product(s) you want to purchase
• Quantity (default is one)
• Email address for electronic receipt
• Email address for activation key (if different)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express.
